Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall exclusively apply to all orders from shop.sonsofsounds.com to any consumer (§ 13 BGB).

Consumer can be any natural person concluding a legal transaction that is not answering its commercial or independent works' purpose.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
Clicking the button [Order now] you set a legally binding order for the chosen items. The contract is achieved as soon as we accept your order with an order confirmation via email after we received your order.



4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1 Consumers have the right to revoke within fourteen day.

4.2 Costs of sending back using the right of withdrawal

In case you use the right of withdrawal the consumer has to bear the shipping costs.



5. Prices, Available Countries and Shipping costs
5.1 The listed prices in our shop include VAT.

5.2 Currently we are shipping only to EU-States and some European Non-EU-States like Switzerland. You can see the shipping costs when proceeding with the checkout process. 7. Payment
7.1 You can pay in advance via bank transfer and PayPal

7.2 Right of compensation only exists in case we accept it or your claims are legally ascertained. schriftlich durch uns anerkannt wurden.

7.3 you can only exercise a right of retention, so far the claims result out of the same contract.



8. Retention of title
Until the entire payment the goods stay in our possession.
